Project description:

This project in Richmond, VA features a new terrace and a renovated sunroom, kitchen, and powder room. Improvements on the exterior created better space for entertaining while enjoying the James River in the distance. On the interior, a new kitchen layout offers better flow, more natural light, and maximizes storage. The exterior renovation includes new siding, roofing, flooring, windows, doors, railings, and gutters. For the interior remodel, we designed new custom cabinetry in the kitchen and selected all new finishes and fixtures.
