This house seamlessly blends Richmond’s traditional aesthetic with a modern makeover which was inspired by this young couple’s furnishings and decor. It features a comprehensive first floor renovation, enclosure of the side porch, and updates to the front entry. We opened the walls to give entertaining and living spaces between the kitchen, dining room, and existing screened porch turned sunroom. The overall modern concept combined with the edgy details and muted colors perfectly reflects the family who lives here.
